The hotel is conveniently located near the tram station, making it easy to explore the city and go further afield. Additionally, being next to a lovely park provides a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. It is also close to the town centre, allowing for easy access to shops, pubs, and restaurants.
The housekeeping service could be improved, as some guests mentioned that their tea cups and towels were not refreshed in the bathroom.

The location was excellent, with a tram stop right across the road, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel also offers tram tickets for purchase at the reception, which was very convenient. The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of Amsterdam, thanks to its full-size windows. The room itself was spacious and had plenty of plug points, perfect for charging all my gadgets. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I especially loved the lounge area overlooking the public gardens, where I could relax before my airport transfer. The hotel also has a luggage room and a weighing scale, which came in handy for storing my bags and checking their weight. The buffet breakfast was good, and I appreciated the added amenities like a kettle, tea/coffee satchets, and a hairdryer in the room.
